• No waste disposal is possible at the venue. Therefore, all participants must take their own waste back with them.
  • Fireplaces are also allowed without fire bowls, provided there are no other official orders. The excavated grass and earth must be levelled by the participants themselves.
  • Participants must bring their own functioning 6 kg powder fire extinguisher with a valid test seal to each fireplace and keep it available throughout the event. The presence of the fire extinguishers will be checked by the organising team before the start of the event.
  • The event will take place in compliance with the Lower Saxony Corona Ordinance in force at the time of the event or other regulations that supersede it. All participants expressly undertake to comply with these regulations. Non-compliance will result in immediate exclusion from the event and expulsion from the event site. In addition, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time, even shortly before the start of the event, without giving reasons. A cancellation does not result in any recourse claims by registered participants against the organisers.
  • The responsible regulatory authority at the City of Vechta grants an exemption from the ban on carrying weapons at public events for the Burgmannen-Tage in accordance with § 42 para. 2 Weapons Act (WaffG) in the currently valid version. The exemption is granted subject to the following conditions: „Only weapons that are necessary for the event may be carried. The weapons must be permanently secured against theft. This may take the form of the weapons being permanently carried by the exhibitors. If the exhibitors no longer carry the weapons, they must secure the weapons in such a way that they cannot be stolen, e.g. lock them in a box, secure them with a lock to a fixed component.“ These requirements must be complied with by all participants in the event.
