This is the registration procedure:

1. Here you can register yourself or your group for the reenactment camp.
2. Immediately after you have clicked on „Send“, you will receive a message with the data sent to us at the e-mail address you provided.
3. We will check your registration and contact you. Confirmations and cancellations will be sent by email.
4. If everything fits, we will send you a contract.
5. Only when we have received the signed contract, you or your group will be admitted to the event.

For acceptance of the rules and regulations, the current versions of the rules and regulations can be found under BMT Camp Rules, BMT Fighting Rules and BMT Organisational Rules.

**All participants of the Burgmannen-Tage are obliged to read the rules carefully and to comply with them.

Gross violations will be punished by exclusion from the event. By signing this form, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules and regulations. You must familiarize the participants you have registered with the set of rules and encourage them to comply with them. The rules and regulations are part of the contractual relationship.

In order to be able to make an assessment, we need an impression of the camp and the equipment. If you or your group does not have a homepage, Facebook or Instagram presence, please send photos of camps, detailed photos of equipment and clothing etc. This does not apply to groups from whom we have already received these documents in the past two years.

Combatants as day guests (without tents) who would like to participate in activities can still register until 22/09/2023. A photo of the equipment worn during the battle must be included. Spontaneous participation in the battles is not possible.

For the purpose of preparing and running the event, we collect, process and store personal data, in particular first name, surname, address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and group names, in accordance with the legal provisions (DSGVO). By registering for this event, you expressly declare your consent to the processing and handling of your personal data as described above within the scope of the purpose of the event. Participation in the event is not possible without your consent. You also undertake to inform all members of your group of the data protection information enclosed in the appendix and to ensure that only those participants who agree to the collection, processing and storage of data for the purposes of the event to the extent described above are registered by you.

We are pleased that you are interested in participating in the Burgmannen-Tage. If we allow you to participate in the event, we consider this to be a mutual obligation. We will keep a sufficiently large space free for you on the event site, but in return, we expect you to set up and take part in the event. Nothing is more annoying than when registered camps do not come and then a larger area remains free on the event site. This is particularly annoying in view of the fact that we have previously had to cancel interested groups due to the limited space available. If there is something urgent that prevents your participation, please cancel as early as possible.
